Ted dreamed of owning a fully electric vintage Porsche 911 — but available retrofit kits for high-quality EV conversions are nearly nonexistent. He turned to Nextrev Motorsports to engineer a seamless, invisible electrification that retained the vehicle’s timeless look.
Our Solution
We delivered a bespoke solution that integrated modern EV components without disrupting the Porsche’s classic aesthetic. Our team designed and simulated a full structural package to support:
- Sheet metal and 3D printed mounts for packaging and access
- Custom motor mounting structure and drivetrain alignment
- Battery module layout and thermal clearance

10+ chassis manufactured within 12 months and transitioned into low-rate production.
